ECD Company was established in Denver, Colorado in 1965. Since its inception, the company portfolio has grown consistently creating apartments, condominiums, single family homes, industrial buildings, commercial spaces, mixed use developments, and hotels. Since 1985, ECD’s growth has been overseen by our president, Scott Greenberg. The current portfolio is valued at $310 million, with future projects valued at over $30 million. Today the company remains committed to its guiding principle of building value through innovative products while also supporting economic growth within the local community.
ECD strives to innovate and create new product types by redefining and repositioning what has traditionally been termed as either “shopping”, or “dining” or just another “hotel”. In short, we redefine the boundaries of old real estate concepts and create innovative and exciting new products and concepts.
