Our Story
ECD Company was established in Denver, Colorado in 1965. Since 1985, ECD’s growth has been overseen by our president, Scott Greenberg. The current portfolio is valued at over $1 billion spanning commercial and industrial spaces, hotels, mixed use developments, and luxury residential rental projects. Today the company remains committed to its guiding principle of building value through innovative products while also supporting economic growth within the local community.
