Our Team

Joanna Lowry is the Director of EB-5 Relations for the Go EB5 RC Regional Center, an affiliate of ECD Company.  Since 2015, she has assisted a number of EB-5 investors with immigration matters and has raised $40 million in EB-5 investment for various real estate projects on behalf of affiliates of ECD Company.

Ms. Lowry earned her M.A. in Corporate Management and B.A. in Business Administration and Management from Zhejiang University in 2008 and 2006, respectively. Additionally, she attended Chinese University of Hong Kong’s International Asian Studies Program. Her studies led to opportunities as an Assistant to the Founding Dean of the Graduate Institute of Business at Zhejiang University and as a Research Assistant at the University of Notre Dame at its Mendoza College of Business.
