Our Team

Renee Solomon is an Executive Vice President and a Senior Finance Advisor of ECD Company and a senior member of its leadership team.  She focuses primarily on secured and unsecured borrowings and other financing activity, as well as strategic acquisitions, new development and implementation of key strategic priorities. 

Since joining ECD Company in 1996, Ms. Solomon has structured and completed closing on all of ECD Company’s and its affiliates' land development, hotel, restaurant, office, multi-family residential, retail, and entertainment financings, as well as general corporate unsecured borrowings.  As part of the key leadership team, Ms. Solomon provides asset management and strategic guidance to the company and its affiliates' operations.

Prior to joining ECD Company, Ms. Solomon worked at PaineWebber in New York, where she completed an executive training program and later managed investment banking and capital markets business for financial institutions.

Ms. Solomon received her undergraduate degree at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where she received a B.S. in Economics, with a concentration in Finance. She went on to receive a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Columbia Graduate School of Business with a concentration in Finance.
